Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery. Local is defined as the Sahuarita and Green Valley areas. We are happy to meet for delivery to anyone in the surrounding cities, within reason. If you order and select “Local pickup/delivery”, we’ll contact you to make arrangements once the order is submitted.


We offer free shipping via USPS on orders over $25.00 on all products except for Cat Treats and Baking Tools by themselves, and Fundraising treats. They must be ordered with other products to quality for free shipping. At this time, we cannot ship outside the United States.

We bake the treats fresh with each order and can usually ship the order within 2-5 business days. However, during the hot summer months, orders containing soft treats will be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only to avoid sitting in hot warehouses or trucks.

The DIY mixes can be shipped within 2 business days.

Broomstick Pet Treats LLC is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages or those returned or not delivered as a result of incorrect address information supplied to us, or for the inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day it is delivered. Shipping charges are not refundable.


Although we use ascorbic acid (vitamin C) as a preservative in most of our treats, they will eventually spoil. Should orders containing soft treats be left out to sit, refunds will not be given if they’ve spoiled.

All treat sales are final, however, if for any reason, you or your pet are not satisfied, please contact us.

Some treats are dehydrated to extend shelf life. Softer treats have a shorter shelf life. The crunchier treats can be stored in an air-tight container in a cool, dry place. We recommend storing the softer treats in an air-tight container in the refrigerator. Each treat’s product page has details on their storage.

Our treats are made fresh to order, however, in the unlikely event any treats spoil in transit to you, Broomstick Pet Treats LLC will be happy to replace them, less shipping charges. We package them up as securely as possible but we can’t control who handles them in the postal system. If the treats arrive to you in an overly broken state, contact us immediately.

Do make sure to read the ingredients of a treat before ordering it. If your pet has a history of allergies or sensitivity to an ingredient, it’s best not to purchase that item.
