Ingredients
Whole oat flour (gluten-free), brown rice flour, peanuts (roasted, unsalted), pumpkin (organic), and cinnamon (organic).
Baking directions
Preheat oven to 325°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or non-stick liner. In a medium bowl, combine dry mix with 1/4 cup water plus 3 tablespoons. Mix thoroughly and let rest for 5 minutes. Knead dough a few times and roll out to 1/4″ thickness. Cut desired shapes and place on cookie sheet. Place in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until edges are golden brown and somewhat hard. They’re ready for your couch wolf as soon as they are cooled.
NOTE: You don’t have to use a cookie cutter with this dough. You can roll it into balls and flatten using your palm or a fork. Get the kiddos and have some creative fun!
These treats will last 6-8 weeks if kept in an air tight container and dry. Refrigerate for optimum shelf life or freeze.
